The Homan Corporation hereby warrants that all Homan HP Performance Lubricants are manufactured to meet or exceed the performance specification as stated in the appropriate “ Product Data Sheet.” The Homan Corporation further warrants all Homan HP Performance Lubricants against specific failure when used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
