Welcome to Perkins Oil
Perkins Oil Company was formed in 1962, as a Pennzoil distributor by Chester Perkins and his son Roger. The company was initially located in downtown Madison, Wisconsin on Brearly Street. In 1977 the company moved to a new 15,000 square foot facility on Dempsey Road. In 1985, Perkins Oil Company acquired Independent Oil Company. At this time Perkins added Citgo to our product offering. Perkins acquired McManus Oil in 1991 and became a Shell distributor.
